Position Purpose: The role of the Summer Coordinator is to ensure proper functioning of crew logistics in accordance with RMYC’s guidelines and the philosophy of Positive Youth Development (PYD). The coordinator will oversee multiple projects and crews, support the personal and professional development of crew members, and promote a culture of safety at all times, all while supporting Crew Supervisors in meeting expectations of project quality and efficiency.
Reports to: Middle Rio Grande Program Manager
Schedule: Typical schedule is 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday, with additional time as required by program responsibilities
Location: Based out of Albuquerque with travel around the Middle Rio Grande Region

To successfully perform essential functions of this position, the incumbent is required to sit, stand, walk, speak and hear; may be required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl on an infrequent basis. He/she must be able to operate office equipment, telephone, and computer and reach with hands and arms. They may be required to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
