Position Type: Seasonal, full time, 8am-5pm M-F, May – August, with additional time as required by program schedule.
Salary: Non-Exempt, hourly, $12.00 - $16.00, depending on experience.
Benefits: All benefits as provided for in RMYC staff manual, after 60-day probationary period.
Reports to: Training Manager
POSITION PURPOSE: The Administrative Assistant will offer support to RMYC’s seasonal recruiting needs, HR and member file management, seasonal reporting, and CM training development/delivery . Due to the seasonal increase in RMYC’s crew pattern, this position will support many aspects of RMYC programming. The Administrative Assistant will work closely with RMYC’s Training Department and Office Manager to accomplish the tasks associated with the position.
